Ordering process and delivery

Once you have selected the products and wish to complete your order, submit your order by clicking on "Buy", please make sure that the information provided is correct. Once the order is submitted, we will work on the order and no changes can be made.

Order changes or cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed we are no longer obliged to change or cancel your order. If you still wish to cancel or change your order, it is possible to contact customer service to see if it is possible to change your order. We do not guarantee that we will be able to make the necessary changes.

Confirming the payment method

You can make payments on the website using a bank card or SEB, Swedbank, Luminor, Citadele internet bank. You can also pay by cash when receiving the order. For payment by bank transfer, please contact us in advance.

Return of goods

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you, you can return them to the courier at the time of delivery.

If you notice a discrepancy or problem with the quality of the products after the courier has left, please notify us within 4 hours of receiving your order by emailing [email protected].

The money for the returned products will be transferred to your bank account from which the order was placed within 5 (five) working days after the date of the product return.

We accept orders from 10:00 to 14:30.

Delivery time from 11:00 to 15:00.

Saving orders

Your order will be saved on the server serving www.zemburam.lv. If you would like your order bill to be emailed to you, please contact us with your order number and order date.
